All Welcome
Potema could sense the moment she stepped back within the folds of Teekon Wilds. She stepped over that invisible boundary, unmarked by scent or any physical markers and knew that she was close to home. Potema shuddered as a wash of memories flooded through her mind: of the dark woods where she was born and raised, the two brothers whom she loved, her foster father Burke, the Dark Brotherhood, the ravens, the Redgrove, Mother.

Both her blind and unharmed eye blinked shut for a moment. The priestess sighed, her warm breath washing over the pelvis gripped tight in her mouth, filled with leaf bundles carrying special herbs, marked with strange shapes gnawed into the bone and red dye that looked suspiciously like blood (it wasn't, blood doesn't keep very well); it was her mother's pelvis now enchanted by the priests of Hag Fen. It had magical properties now, her link to the Void through her mother. Potema set it down tentatively, careful not to spill any of the bundles that rested inside the maternal embrace that once surrounded her. Potema murmured something softly to herself, unheard by anyone except Mephala and Sithis, then bent down once more and returned the pelvis into her grasp.

She stepped forth into Teekon Wilds, into the Terrace where she entered into the fray. Hills and mountains blocked her way, but Potema was certain she could find her way back to Blackfeather Woods in due time. She would be slow moving in her trek, but it would be worth it in the end.

She would be home.
