The coywolf felt glad to have ever met Pyx. She felt like a great friend to him. And for a short moment, he thought more of it. He had no understanding of why and the thought disappeared almost instantly. "I'll be sure to come back. In one piece, that depends." He meant it as a joke, but with some truth in it. It would all depend on what happened. He was a bit surprised by the nuzzle, but returned it by rubbing his muzzle on top of her head. "I'll be back, I swear."

Judas rolled his eyes. "Yes, Mother" he replied in a child-like voice. A smile appeared across his face. But it slowly went away as he started to already miss her as he watched her walk away. With a long deep breath, he went the other way. His eyes downcast and tail low.
