"I could say the same for you" the dark furred wolf replied with an even voice, tinged with stubbornness. He was amused although he didn't show it, instead his expression was indifferent and stern, eyes of liquid silver bright, cold and harsh as his gaze locked onto the yearling's icy blue ones. His tongue raked across his gleaming canines in a threatening manner and the white scars against his pelt illuminated by the flash of lightning in the distance gave him the look of an angel, bringing death. Which was exactly why his bloodline's name was called Angelus Mortis. His stance was calm and steady, neither aggressive or submissive but cold and unforgiving. The aura of power, strength radiating off him and he felt the presence of the shining father around him as the storm raged on, but he was not afraid for he knew Optimus Maximus had made it, perhaps for his benefit.

Silver eyes glittered as he gazed at the yearling, his stance no longer dominant but relaxed as if he always lived in the middle of the storm which in a way he did. The presence of the shining father wreathed gently around him, offering strength and power and he felt a deep reverence in him. From the bottom of his heart to the flesh and the blood and the bones. Perhaps his patron was indeed the king of the gods. But then the god of war was also a very important figure in his life. Could there be two patrons? Gaze remaining cold and calculating, nothing changed in his expression as he thought.

"Well, why did you run straight into me? I did not charge headfirst into you did I?" he said in a soft dangerous voice, his tail flicking in a rhythm behind him as he spoke although liquid silver eyes softened just a tiny bit. "I believe I deserve an apology." he said, his indifferent mask still on his face. Another flash of lightning came down, only a few tree lengths away from them, once again illuminating the white scars littered on his pelt. Silver fur glowed brightly as the scars glowed even brighter, a pure white color.
