@Hush Time to get that Mercenary trade for Goliath!
Goliath had been banished to the outskirts of the Sleeping Dragon, and the geyser fields. Far from the hub of socialization, he was stuck with himself, and that was what led to hours and hours of boredom. He patrolled the areas constantly, but it had become tiresome and repetitive, luckily for the pack and not for him, there where barely any breaches of the borders. Sometimes a small rabbit would hop past in the distance, but they were all too far to give chase, and Goliath soon found out that most small game could simply outrace him.

He groaned, Goliath needed something to fight, yet he wasn't even allowed near the other packmates. He had paced the borders 4 times since he woke up, and practically memorized each open area or advantage the pack had over trespassers. He had to show some way that he was worthy of reintegrating into the regular ranks, but what could he do? kill bugs?

After several hours of napping and daydreaming about any sort of opponent, Goliath finally decided his combat skills had been rusty for far too long, and thus, gave out a call for anyone to challenge him. If it attracted a foe, his plea would be answered. Besides, if a member of the pack where to visit him, it would be allowed, there were rules that he couldn't enter pack territory, but he was never told he couldn't have visitors...

Realizing it would take some time for anyone to respond, he laid down once more, waiting for someone to come by that could give him a fight.

I hate myself. Omg. @Goliath

The call the mute heard as he wandered through Drageda land spooked him. No doubt it belonged to someone large and strong, given the deep tones it made. Hush was instantly curious, wondering (and hoping) that this wolf was an ally rather than a foe.

Luckily for him it was the former. As he approached the absolutely massive behemoth, Hush could smell Thuring all around him. The wolf chuffed in greeting to the larger specimen, looking up towards his face expectantly. It took a while for him to recognize the wolf as someone who had once been a member in the early days of Drageda. He was glad that the wolf was back on their side now.

It's fine, haha

Goliath turned to see the smaller male arrive, and although content with a visitor, simply grunted a reply. He was rather annoyed by the fact he was ranked 'Branwoda' which had literally meant "Brown water". Goliath was a trustworthy warrior, and now was nearly the lowest of the low until he could prove himself worthy once more.

Removing these unnecessary thoughts once more out of his head, he studied his to-be opponent, and deemed this one rather familiar, though he could not pin to exactly what. His memory of what happened before he fled to the mountains was rather misty, and so decided to focus more on the present.

"Me Goliath" he said, unsure if he had to reintroduce himself, but wanted to know the name of his sparring partner for the day eitherway. "Here to fight. Yes?" he added, making his intentions clear incase they simply wandered into the wrong place.

With a man with no words and a man who spoke very little, their "conversation" (as if it could be called that) was very brief. Hush nodded in reply, the motion short and curt. He relished the prospect of fighting a larger male — most of his battles were like that anyway.

The silence was enough for Goliath, his lack of speech and the other's literal muteness made for little small-talk. Preparing himself to pounce, he gave a grunt of readyness and braced for any movement from his silent opponent.

The fight began, quiet. He, like the other, watched his opponent for any movement. With a larger wolf like Goliath, that was easy to tell, but with a mixed shorty such as Hush, it was a bit harder.

After watching the wolf for a while, figuring that the wolf was waiting for him to make his move, Hush pounced. The hybrid needed to find any advantage over the brute that he could. He knew he needed to keep away from his fangs and front paws; even though this was a spar, he could expect major damage from him. Hush dodged to the wolf's left, surging forward and running past, his fangs snapping quickly to an unspecified point on the behemoth's side or tail. Once (and if) he cleared Goliath's body, he waited behind the wolf, he stood, waiting for him to turn around.

I am so sorry that it took a month to write this I just kindof got caught up with other stuff

Goliath kept his position as his opponent rushed him. Trying to find a good point to intercept, he attempted to keep his eyes on the winger, yet the silent assailant was too quick for Goliath to follow, and all he could do was brace for an impact.

The opponent raced around him, and the what felt like a second after the adversary left his sight did he feel a several stabs of pain on his bulky hind leg-

Grunting with pain, he twisted his colossal body around to face the male, and began to charge forwards in hopes to ram the much-more averagely sized wolf unto it's back.

It was Goliath's sheer raw power that Hush feared, but he knew that his speed wouldn't last him for long. He would just have to outlast Goliath; an uncertain task given his muscle, rather than his fat. The male, while exceptionally large, was still in shape and up for the task of fighting. Surely, he knew that wolves were bound to use their speed against him.

The wolf charged forward blindly, a sight that scared the shit out of Hush. He dodged to the side, a quiet yelp on his face as he tried as best he could to be clear out of Goliath's wake.

Goliath tumbles past his opponent, jarring as he struggles to stop the momentum from throwing him far off his mark; skittering to a halt, his head twists around to lock onto his opponent once more.

Twisting around, he gave a rather quiet snarl, hinting his frustration. This time, he took a couple seconds to think where the opponent would lunge when attacked, and he charges towards his adversary once more.

As he begins to close in, he changes his direction at the last minute to dart left- aiming to tackle his opponent from the side

He barely dodges Goliath's mass, panting as his mind whirls. Unfortunately for him, the little break he took gave his opponent enough time to spin around and charge at him once more. Hush attempts a similar tactic, only to fall headlong into the trap. He's bowled over, yelping in surprise. Goliath wasn't as dumb as he looked.
