Vaati has missed much during his escapades outside of Blackfeather Woods. In his absence has their ruler bowed out, his uncle takn up a mantle of which Vaati has not seen him under, and his mother, shrunked away into her own corners of the world. It bothers him, that he has been kept out of the loop, despite the realization that his recluse nature is the very thing that caused it. No more, he vows as strolls into the endarkened territory that day, nearing upon two others of lesser age than him. Instantly do his eyes narrow, instinctive warning bells ringing in his consious as he sizes up, seemingly looking down upon the two with an intolerance he has grown into. But growing, he has done. Over the weeks gone by, he has grown, on his way to mimicking the size and stature of his father with very little sign of stopping. He now towers over his sisters and his brother, a fact that will forever ring true.

His eyes sweep over the two, glancing at one and landing on another, a boy who holds an arrogance the other does not like; rubbing himself on the ground of Blackfeather Woods with an entitlement he does not yet have. "Who are you?" He enquires with a venom he is unaccustomed to but embraces in that moment nonetheless, for there are strangers in his home and as far as he sees it, are a threat to those within.
