That was how it had been in the little desert pack she had run with for a while; they all had assigned toons and would often spar together, but she had never thought of it that way, how it would be useful during wartime.  

At least you were smart enough to be able to carry them.  Ceara could've seen her younger self just getting frustrated with them.  In a way she admired Quixote, although she never would've admitted it out loud.  Maybe you could show me some spar stuff sometime.
