Mount Apikuni Looking like you own it

Elixir listened without judgement as he did her. The name was foreign to her, but most everything was. He seemed to be frustrated talking about it and she could sense that just from his short replies. She was fine with it of course she wasn’t going to pry at something he didn’t feel comfortable with. A smile appeared on her face as he was done talking. 

“The beach sounds nice, I’ve never been. Especially the long walks.” She commented on the beach part but nothing else. When she thought about it maybe it was a bit rude not to acknowledge his past. “I understand though, about it not being a safe haven for you but maybe for others” she nodded hoping he would understand. She did long to see the beach one day, maybe after the band settled and everything was fine. The trip would be long though and not one she could do herself.
