with caiaphas still mending, erzulie took it upon herself to be as rusalka's healer for the time being. her own pregnancy had grown pronounced enough to affect her gait; still she carried a few things toward where the fierce pair made their den. having never spoken with grezig in memory, nor vaati, erzulie was loathe to come too close — dropping her burdens to the ground, the harlot gave a low chuff that carried, to announce herself and wait for acknowledgement before she was admitted.

In the few days since his birth, Xizur had managed to go through a handful of changes. His coat had transitioned from a dusty charcoal to a muddied chocolate, the fur along his lower muzzle was now a dirty beige, and the entirety of his coat had converted to a smoother, fluffier feel. He was oblivious to all of them save for the small development in the own use of his voice. He could now gurgle, giggle, babble and groan to his heart's content - a small step up from the whining he had been limited to so far. 

So without any real reason, other than the fact this was about all he could do, Xizur let out a pathetic little squeak just as their visitor made her presence known. The boy remained unaware of their guest as he wiggled free of his mother's warmth, once again testing the limits of his voice's capability.
