Rebekka finishes her part, stepping away from the blood soaked scene with triumph. The other wolves had not hesitated to flee upon seeing Drageda's numbers, but not before Heda sent what sounded like a warning. Reek, was that a name? She had not heard of it before, and readily assumed that this other wolf and it's pack was an enemy of the Commander's tribe. It was her answer to everything. Yet, she was intrigued to learn more. Rebekka had a fatal attraction to disaster, and thoughts of a budding conflict excited her rather than frighten. There had to be no harm in asking the Commander, once the victory had ceased. The more she knew about the wolves and their foes, the more willing she became to accept the tribe as her home.
Deciding to not wait for the rest and watch them devour what she could not have, she began the trek back to Drageda's woods, carrying a peice of stray meat within her jaws to return to the packs caches. So many questions circled in her mind, about Gyda and the Reek, and the wolves who had fled, and her true standing within the pack. While she was not so important, she hadplayed an important role. And she liked it. However, she was not trying hard enough. She was not good enough to call herself a soilder of the Commander, even thought she may have been better than many wolves her age. She needed to be better.
