This pack really had become his family, and it felt good to know that Steady felt the same about him however something else had come up, something that Zeke pretended he didn't hear for a moment. Ignoring the question would only make Steady suspicious, but he opening up about Winter's Bluff was like walking on egg shells. His facial expression dropped from playful and happy to more serious. His muscles tightened and his ear flicked anxiously. It was silly, to get so rattled over the thought of the Bluff, but he could never forget what they'd done.
