Lagan continued to pummel his papa's chest, bursting out with laughter every time Elwood did. With a quick nip at Elwood's weird nub thing that boys had, Lagan rushed out from under his papa, smiling as he waited for the male to respond. He loved hanging out with his dad, it seemed the man never refused to play with him, and never told him he was being too rough. Liffey and Lucy were always throwing him around, or yelping at him if he sat on them by accident. Papa never cared.

He continued to do so, having fun with this newfound vocabulary, when he heard a new word, one that made him giggle. Haha buttead! He laughed, finding the word hilarious.
