Whatever he had expected was nowhere as beautiful as this place and he stared at the beautiful lagoon of clear water. When he looked up his face was serene and full of peace "its beautiful" he whispered softly as he closed the distance between them. He wrapped his neck around hers and tugged her close so that she was fully in his embrace. His eyes moistened and a few tears fell from his eyes "but nowhere near as beautiful as my wife. Nowhere near as pure and peaceful as my Anthousi" he said thickly.


It occurred to him again that he couldn't have been luckier. No man could be better off than him, no matter their story. He would never be jealous or envious of another's life because he had everything he could ever want right here.
