Fin gave him a little frown as he poked fun at her description of the coast as being coast-y. What did he know, anyway? It could have been perfectly non-coasty, he hadn't been there, so how would he know to say otherwise. She was quick to let it go however, as she was more interested in telling him about her trip than getting into an argument.

"Well, it's rather sandy and there's this big huge body of water that's like, all up on the shore's ass all the time," she explained with a smirk, "Rude, right?" Fin lifted a paw suddenly and chewed at a spot just above her dewclaw where she had a sudden itch. She gave it a few licks once the irritation was gone, then shook herself and looked back at her co-beta, suddenly very curious as to what sort of beta-like work he'd been up to since she'd gone.
