Scrutiny passes across Wildfire’s face and her ears fall back, glancing away, hoping she’ll just pass on by after the awkward encounter. She hadn’t been doing anything out of the ordinary and certainly not relying off the cache of someone else’s hard work.

But, of course, doing nothing tends to get her in trouble just as much.
