"Pfffr, yeah, sure she is," Laurel sarcastically huffed even as she bounced off, believing none of this 'friend' stuff. It was clear that he was head over heels for this girl. As she trotted away an ear kept a close watch on him. As soon as she noticed he followed her pace quickened a little and she suddenly felt a playfulness get to her that replaced her earlier grouch.

She giggled when she felt a nip at her hocks and sped up a little, then pranced to the side and turned around to cut him off. She met him head on as she reared on her hind legs, aiming to wrap them around his neck in the collision.
