Though the event concerning a murder of a wolf on Sunspire's borders had now been overshadowed by other things and quite forgotten, Wraen still felt uncomfortable, whenever she happened to be in company with either Olive or her daughter Cassiopea. Suddenly the former's "too-good-to-be-true" nature did not seem trustworthy, as the latter's standoffish character and keeping to herself. In beta's opinion, she would feel a lot better, if the two were not in the pack anymore, but that was not for her to decide and therefore she kept her thoughts to herself.

However, when she almost ran into Cassiopea on her way back to Sunspire, it was too late to slink away and pretend that she had not noticed the other. Because most likely either the sound of her foot-falls or the scent had already been registered by the packmate. And with the thought that - perhaps - getting to know this mystery wolf a little better, would help to clear her suspicions, Wraen greeted the other with a quiet bark and said: "Have not seen you on this side of the mountains often. What lured you out?"
