Rannoch's ears fanned along the top of his crown as he was asked to explain his parent's death. He felt some long-repressed feelings begin to surface within his chest and as this occured, Rannoch's gaze flickered from Hydra and to the ground as he attempted to get a regin on his emotions "A bear did," he explain flatly, his expression indicating that he didn't want to explain further.

With Hydra sticking her nose into the more sensative information in his life, Rannoch felt uncharactically defensive. Again, his tone short, Rannoch elaborated upon the questioned point: "Theres only bad memories there now." His eyes rose to meet hers, hard as if he had determined he was done speaking about it.
a crime so old as the sky and bone
he came untied, solid as a stone
all is almost lost and it starts to show
