Community Manager Guidebook
All Community Managers must abide by the following guidelines.
Confidentiality
- Content shared within admin spaces may not be shared outside of these spaces, ever, for any reason. CMs should, however, operate in private spaces as if what is said may be made public at any time.
- Conversations held with a CM in confidence will never be shared with other staff unless permission is given.
- CMs will no longer participate in member discussions unless it is to ask clarifying questions or prompt for more responses from the community.
- If a poll is posted to gather member opinion, the majority winner will always be enacted if any policy change results.
- Policy changes and site updates will always be announced from the WOLF account.
