Is there a time limit on spars?? Like Characters A & B are sparring but B doesn't reply for x amount of time so A wins by default?

Sure, you can request their archival in the special forum for it.
I feel like there used to be a time limit mentioned in the Guidebook but I just checked this page and I couldn't find a mention of it. I feel like a week is plenty of time myself (as in, failure to reply results in automatic forfeit), since the outcomes usually have a large impact on subsequent threads.

I think 1 week is fine. We're a more relaxed game, so the 3-day limit that some other games use is probably too short for us, but anything longer than a week is probably an excessive amount of time to wait for something as quick as a dice roll.

I agree that a one week time limit is a fair enough wait before automatic forfeit.
ALL WELCOME threads are considered fair game to me, even if they are already in progress. My characters will often make one- or two-post cameos; if you'd like me to continue posting, just tag me and/or acknowledge my character!
