She sought out @Towhee Jr first, carrying three long, cleaned porcupine quills. 

She had suspicions, of course- regarding Towhee Jr’s interactions with Tvar- but she chose to keep them to herself…And her mate, with whom she shared just about everything. She found herself feeling proud of her friend, and excited about the potential for their children- if her suspicions were correct- to grow up together.

Full sentences were difficult, but she managed as well as she could. She knew Towhee Jr could have read her lips if she’d decided to speak, but it felt more right to speak with her using the language she could respond with. Towhee Jr would be given the three quills and if she chose to accept them as an adornment, Ameline would use a bit of tree sap to put them in place at her shoulder. 

She found @Tvar next, having stopped by her den to collect another trio of quills before she went to find him.
