All Welcome
it was warmer this day than it'd been during the last few. not enough to melt through the thick layer of snow that covered the earth, but warm enough that the birds were out singing today rather than hunkered atop their nests.

velia had kept mostly to the confines of a hollowed tree, avoiding the worst of the wind that managed to weave it's way between the trees. but with the encouraging sounds of songbird cheer, the nymph slunk from her lodge and gave a well overdue stretch to greet the world.

she gave a quick shake of her pelt, ruffling the area pressed flat where she'd been laying, before marching onwards to go and check on her garden. she didn't expect much to survive the snow, but perhaps she might yet have luck on her side.
and you can't tell what you're feeling

she is beautiful.

callyope felt almost something like greed at first — then joy, to have such beauty in the forest.

heilsa og máttur. the words are cut with an accent that does match them. it is her mother's voice using these words of her husband. yet she finds the want to use them growing within her.

just like life.

would you take company?

her steps pause at the greeting, words she does not understand, but recognizes enough to know as friendly. her face turns, moss eyes falling on the wife of solharr.

such grace and regality! velia is filled with a swelling sense of happiness to finally meet this woman, her paws shuffling so that seiðkona might join alongside her. "yes! please join." cheerful words with a pretty smile.

her paws shuffle as she waits for the woman to join her, a feeling akin to giddiness tingling the tip of her toes.
