Firefly Glen the wolf and the dragon

She had only just convinced her sisters to adventure with her to the Vale to check on their would-be allies. Cypress had come a short time ago, but Hydra had spoken with her father on checking in on their leader for nothing more than showing face. They knew they were fine—to offer help now would be no sweat at all off their backs, not when no help was needed. Hydra was quite clever, and only ever sought to elevate Moonspear in the eyes of others. 

Of course, Rian came to mind...

She had been discussing how long it'd been since she'd seen him when she heard the sound that came from a near-distance. In fact, they were close enough to catch a glimpse of what was transpiring. Hydra would have been on her way if not for the fact of Moonspear's own proximity, and the cubs there—and after a beat, she recognized too the unmistakeable silhouette of Rannoch. 

Hydra's command was mute as she charged forward. Her ears flattened before thrusting forward: fan out, then close in. She herself let out no sound; the cerberus were experienced in the art of killing, necessary or not. There was a certain ruthlessness in every stride she took that explained wordlessly that if she had the chance to catch this wolf attacking Rannoch, he would be torn asunder by three mouths that had a terrible lust for blood when they could get it. There was, in fact, a thrill to killing—a certain switch flipped when the opportunity to do so presented itself. 

@Alya was to her right, and @Lyra to her left, but Hydra came for the boy head on. If he did not flee now, Hydra would ensure he never would alongside her other heads.
