Hydra watched him run toward her. She did not know it, as she had never seen one before, but he moved like a bear. And as she kicked her own heels into movement, Hydra ran toward him, too—but when their distance seemed to close Hydra rounded him swiftly, keeping her distance from him. One thing she knew for certain was that she did not want him to catch her. It seemed he wanted to fight, and Hydra decided she would only work at tiring him out—she wanted to see how effective this would be, and as evading attacks was at present her forte she hoped it would not be too difficult a thing. For the moment she remained out of his reach.
