If everyone around these parts was as kind, he didn't think he'd have too much troubles making his way around. At least until he could find the gang again. Now that he didn't have to worry so much about the success of his hunting plans, he could take off for a bit and try to retrace his steps. If he was lucky he could find the woods the gang was moving through when the storm separated them, track them further and then circle back to eat again before running after them.
His golden eyes went a little cloudy, lost in thought with his excitement to get back on the trail again, only the sound of a name brought him back to the conversation.
"It's been a gift to meet you Sega, I might be able to find my way back to them after a good meal. They're everything to me, I'm sorry to rush off but I haveta try before it's too late"
He spoke earnestly, his posture shifting toward the treeline. Taking a step backwards he flashed a kind, wide smile
"If you run into some give a holler. You can have me on your side of it if all fails and I wind up back here again"
Just thinking about catching up to Sadie, making sure they were all alright and had made it through the storm had his heart hammering. If his generous acquaintance was receptive to it he'd politely excuse himself to find the carcass offered. Sega wouldn't find him nearby again for a few weeks at the least.

I think i'm going to try and wrap this up despite how short it's been due to me falling inactive, I'm really sorry about that
