Jace frowned as his thoughts to went to the cougars that haunted their home. Like ghosts or wraiths, they hid there in the fringes of darkness. He hated cougars, everything about them, even more so now than ever before. He thought of Ferdie who was gone thanks to a cougar, and his sister whose hide was permanently marred.

Jace settled down, licking his muzzle. Well perhaps he got side tracked? or maybe he met a few new wolves? or perhaps he's just exploring. I don't know about others, but I know Vienna for instance gets side tracked often. She'll find something to explore or learn about. Perhaps Summer is the same way.
