Beric had ended the fight abruptly. If it had been only him, he may not have done that, but his pride lost when it came to protecting his friends. He felt it would have been his fault if anything had happened to her, and he just couldn't live with himself if anything had. The males of Silvertip seemed to be letting them go without further incident, and Beric turned to follow Ypres. He did not like turning his back on enemies, but it was the only way to leave. He was getting as far as he could away from here.
