I'm gonna try to start getting the Warrior trade for Leo X3 Anyone welcome!

The little lion boy had been trotting around the den for a long time. He was slowly learning how to walk properly and man did he love to walk! He happily walked around the family, occasionally stopping to look out the exit. He wanted to protected his adopted family. He didn't want any of them to be hurt. He just couldn't bare it.

He was digging yet another hole when something slithered its way into the little home. The creamy pup jumped at the sight. Intruder! Stranger danger! It looked so weird. It was smaller than even him. It had a slimy looking body and two long things on its head. On its back was some sort of hard substance.

His fur stood on his neck and he did a adorable meanacing growl. This creature needed to be dealt with. What if he bought the storm back. The lion charged up to the creature, standing over it in a confident posture. He pawed at the shell. It felt like tree bark. He then pawed at the body, but quickly pulled back. It was nasty and wet! Like how he felt when the rain slammed on him.

He slowly tipped the poor snail to its side. He watched it curl and uncurl. Eventually the snail somehow got up again. What the heck was this thing?!

Rhythm had stuck around the camp today, she figured she might head out shortly for a hunt and to check on the water levels in the river but for now she was just laying on the ground watching as the sun peaked in between clouds as they passed by.

She rose from her spot as a small growl came from the direction of the main den. Where Scarlett and her pups had begun to call home since the flood destroyed their last. She peeked in through the entrance to see a little cream pup attempting to banish a small snail from his home. A small smile crawled across Rhythm's maw. "Hey there little one," she said softly. "I see you have found yourself a new friend," she chuckled slightly, watching as he continued his relentless attempts to get the snail to leave.

This young one might turn out to be a fierce warrior if he was already trying to protect his family from a mere snail.

Potentially a caretaker thread for Rhythm. Unsure yet whether I will use this or not. We shall see. I hope @Scarlett doesn't mind her being near the pups.

"Meerrrrr! No!" he growled at the snail, remembering Xan's words. This little thing should be running. He was much bigger and much more scary. He confidently shoved the snail to the entrance, where another wolf stay.

Being the curious and slightly catious lion he was, he walked over to the wolf and sniffed her leg. His tail wagged excitedly when it it smelled simular to everyone else he met. "Hemwo!" he chirped, before noticing the snail slithering towards Sesi. He ran as fast as he could, pouncing on the creature. "No!"

Rhythm watched intently as the young wolf nudged the snail towards the entrance of the den. Probably wondering why on earth the thing wasn't moving any faster. I'm sure the poor snail is terrified but it cant move any faster than it already is.

The pup came over to her and took in the familiar scent of Bearclaw valley. Probably making sure i was no danger to his siblings either. The pup greeted her with his version of a hello but their conversation was short lived as the snail began to make its way back towards one of the pups siblings.

The pup cleverly pounced on the snail. Stopping it in its tracks. Yep definitely going to be a warrior. She mused. "You are doing a very good job of protecting your siblings from the snail.  It's very brave of you. Too bad it can't take a hint huh," she said sitting down. She loved watching the way pups learned about their environments and picking up on new things as the grow up. She just enjoyed the overall company that young playful wolves provided.

When he pounced on the thing, he quickly picked it up by its shell. He could feel his tiny milk teeth crushing the shell. It was a weird sensation. Very weird. He threw it over to the vistor and spat the shell peices out. "Perfbes!" he cried with disgust.

Leo looked over to the snail and saw it moving again. He ran over and went between the legs of Rhythm watching the slimy creature. It seemed to be leaving. Good. It's about time! He gazed up at the bigger wolf and smiled. "Leoooo!"

Rhythm chuckled as the young wolf attempted to eat the snail. "They don't taste very good do they?" she said with soft smile. She watched as the young pup chased the snail ou of the cave and then returned to his spot in front of her. "Great job!" she congratulated the young wolf on his success. "You're siblings will be safe for another day," she stated with a chuckle. She was proud of the young ones enthusiasm and bravery on defending his siblings and family from anything he deemed a threat.

"Leo," she said with a smile. "My name is Rhythm," she stated. She wasn't sure if the young pup would be able to grasp her name as easily as some of the others but she figured it was worth a try. "I was in this pack once before but I went on a walk and have recently returned," she stated. She dare not call what she had an adventure because she didn't want to give this pup the idea what she did was fun or okay.

Her tone seemed to be a very proud one, making him puff out his chest in triumph. "Mleee.... yas! Leo niiiiiiccceee" He guessed 'nice' was the appropriate word in this situation. It was a good word after all and he was good.

The female introduced herself as Rhythm. "R-reeeerrrr." He made a raspberry with his tongue, not wanting to pronounce the name. He had a long way to go until he could speak correctly. He didn't grasp onto any of the other words she had said. "Paaachina ogla berfh..."
