Greatwater Lake i’m just going to gently scramble up your intestines for you real quick, okay?

she had survived. by some god given miracle the witch had been able to secure herself a meal, albeit a small one. but having gone so long without nourishment, the woman’s body ultimately rejected the food and not long after she was greeted with the thick, chunky remains of her meal. even with the source of her nausea now out of her and lying in a puddle on the ground, berúthiel still heaved away with nothing but phlegm and stomach acid coming up. she licked her lips clean of the vomit and not a moment later was quickly forcing down what had just come up. 

gags erupted into the silence as she finished the task, throat burning while her mouth tasted of the bile. she rushed to the frozen water’s edge, forepaws lifting into the air before smacking against the ice. a few cracks shattered across the impacted area and with one more hit an opening presented itself along the shore. she hurriedly lapped up the bitter cold water and while doing so, managed to wash away the filthy taste in her mouth. the woman pulled away from the lakeside, a few tired huff escaping her in the process. she plopped to the ground, taking a few moments to collect herself and hopefully settle her upset stomach.

Due to the lakes massive size, it couldn't never really be frozen over. A step onto the ice from a big individual was sure to send them into an ice cold dip. But for Astor she had no problem. She had begun her day within one of the trees that surrounded the lake and watched from above as this wolf vomited and then ate their regurgitation. 

She winced as she saw it. Wondering why someone would throw something up just to eat it again. It much have something to do with hunger she thought. After all just a few days prior she had encountered a wolf willing to risk their life alone with a bison herd. These wolves sure did crazy things while they were hungry. 

After seeing it all unfold Astor decided to swoop down from the tree she was perched in and land on the ice, a few yeards away from the female, where the water below was sure to be deeper. "That hungry?" she asked in a tone suggesting she might actuall be asking are you being serious right now.
