All Welcome
Deshyr, for the most part, had become adjusted to her parents' absence in the short time they were gone. Once they had both been away longer than a hunt's length, she had simply tried to move on. Occasionally she would be struck wanting, and find herself whimpering to no one in particular, and completely out of the blue— as if suddenly missing the several large bodies she had always known that currently weren't around— but moods like these were fleeting.

Instead, the girl mostly spent her time fly-chasing and hole-digging, only taking a break from her newfound independence every now and again to check up on her siblings or nap at the densite.

And then at some point during the puppies' stint under Maia's tutelage, Deshyr decided that she needed to be picking up the slack her absentee parents had left behind. It was a severely cloudy day, but the bellibone paid the skies no mind as she sprang from the Frostfur den and make a literal, zig-zagging beeline for Sunspire borders.

This would have taken place before the return of Rannoch, Liffey, Treason, and Rueger from EH.

Breccan didn't really have any complaints about his parents' absence. Life went on, he continued to grow, and best of all, he got to keep playing. Maia and Wraen made sure that the puppies weren't just fed and cared for, but that they had fun, too. Presently, he was gnawing on the large antler that Wraen had retrieved; despite working at it for hours over the course of multiple days, he hadn't really managed to make much progress towards wearing it down. But that just encouraged him to keep at it.

From the corner of his eye, he noticed a blur of motion, and lifted his head with one branch of the antler still gripped between his teeth. He watched as Deshyr sprinted away from the densite, and his chew toy was quickly forgotten. Abandoning it, he leapt to his feet and followed her at a gallop; he had no idea if this field trip had been approved by Maia, but hollered after his sister, "HEY! Wait for me!"
