Pala knew she could be difficult to get along with. She was not oblivious to the tension surrounding her presence on the spear; Alaric did not seem to like her, though she wasn't his biggest fan either, and now Treepie was avoiding her too. It was her own fault for leaning on the pack and bringing trouble to their doorstep.
She could deal with a few sour faces, but the issue came with Alaric and Treepie both being members of leadership. That could cause issues for both her and her young children. She did not know where she would go, but she knew she could not stay here much longer. Part of her felt guilty for uprooting Ludovicus and Ignace once more, but her gut told her it was for the best. They were young, they would adapt.
Walking the path to her ulaq she wondered if she should talk to Treepie before she left, but Pala was never much of a talker. Usually she wasn't much of a runner either.
