@Brown
Lunae made her way through the canyon. How she got there, she couldn't remember. She felt as if her insides were going to explode, her breaths rattling her ribs. Every attempt to breathe hurt her heart. The small shadowy wolf stumbled towards the unknown. Already tired and hungry, she forced her legs to move, in hopes of finding a pack. Little did she know that this moment would change her life forever.

The giant creature had already eaten, but was now looking for a home. Or a mate. Whichever came first. Instead, the beast found a victim, a petite black wolf. This wolf was too small for his liking, but it would do. Something to unleash his revenge on. It wouldn't be likely that the small wolf would survive his rage.

A loud, sudden crunch came from her right. She dizzily turned towards the sound, tired. A monstrous creature was there, towering over her. She shrank in her spot, unable to run. She attempted to growl at it, but it got stuck in her throat. She began to furiously shiver, soft whimpers escaping her mouth. "Please, don't hurt me," was all she managed. Her legs were numb, and she was too exhausted to move.

The small wolf confused Brown. Did it not have the will to live? It was as if it had died already. But brown did not possess sympathy, he was a animal of destruction. He growled, before readying himself to attack it anyways. He swiped at the small canine with his powerful limbs, aiming at its spine, but instead reached it's front legs.

Lunae braced herself for the pain, and maybe death. When it happened, it was as if it were in slow motion. She should've ran. She should've at least tried to escape. But it was too late now, the blow on her front, right leg burst into pain. Her bone had probably broke, and she clearly had a huge wound, too. Like a rag doll, she got flung across the area, limply laying and awaiting death. The blood on her leg mixed with her black fur, making a horrible pattern. She whimpered for a moment, her voice weak, before going unconscious.

The bear went to inspect the wolf. It looked dead from his one attack. He sniffed it, the scent held the metallic smell of blood. Luckily, he had already eaten, or else he would've eaten the small-boned wolf. He stared into the wound, proud of his work, before leaving the crime scene as the slight wolf bled into the ground.

Still alive, Lunae took short breaths. She woke up, feeling as if she was in a dream. The world was shaking, spinning. Lifting her head, she gave a small gasp. She was covered in blood, confused and pained. Squinting, she saw a wolf in the distance. Her mother! She weakly barked, attempting to catch her attention. But the wolf, a creation of Lunae's imagination, did nothing.
