I now present to you all the hot mess that is Esteban.
Esteban slowly emerged from his sloppily built shelter in the Fox's Glade forest. Daylight streamed from the cracks in between the snow-coated trees, hitting him in the eyes and causing a long string of half-asleep Spanish swearing to fall from his mouth. He shook out his coat of many colors and struck out to find a decent breakfast, and hopefully run into some lady friends. Male friends would work too, and possibly lead to pack. Which had the lady friends.
Letting a slow, deep yawn to stall him, he resumed his not-so-silent trot through the trees. It would not be called silence, for there was the clear sounds of a wolf who was not accustomed to the winter. I.e. the muffled crunch of snow under enormous paws and under the breath swearing about the snow. And the cold. He should probably find a pack soon. Or a friend. Preferably a lady friend.
Esteban's golden gaze finally rested upon a warren, on which he eagerly fell. A short time later with several mis-attempts, he emerged from the area triumphant, with a plump rabbit hanging from his large maw. He laid down on a small clearing, away from the accursed snow, and started on his trophy.

I am throwing Hecate in, brace yourself
Hecate murmured to herself softly, many things troubling her. She suddenly stopped, with the sound of snow getting walked on. It could just be a small animal, she thought. But then again, small animals didn't make loud sounds. With a sigh, she went to go see what had made the noise. She frowned. "Χαίρετε- Hello?"
Her ice blue eyes sparkled curiously. I wonder how this will go, she wondered.

Thanks! sorry for the wait XD
Esteban's large head raised in question from his breakfast to a pretty female voice. She spoke a different language, then corrected it. "Hola? Who es there?" he called out. His golden eyes swept the clearing for the female. This may be an interesting meeting, he hoped.

heh, sorry, it didn't pm me about this
The wolf spoke with an familiar accent. Her old pack had some wolves that were like this. Shaking her head and clearing her head from the memories, she walked where the wolf could see her. Her pitch black fur stood against the wintery background. She dipped her head down before lifting it up again. "It is only me", she said, her voice smooth.

don't worry, I'm worse
The beauty and grace with which the midnight female entered took him breath away. He had not seen many beautiful girls to this standard, and still had nearly no experience talking to them. Esteban merely stared for a second or two before employing his confident charm. "¿Qué? ¡Such belleza for a señorita of the noche!" he exclaimed. Then realizing he used far too much spanish, took it upon himself to try and incorporate more english, and smoother. "I am Esteban, and you?" he said with his deep and heavily accented voice, perfect for winning over the ladies.

sorry its short :/
She did not react to the mysterious words he had spoken, though, she silently hoped she could learn them later on."I am Hecate," she said simply. She glanced at his meal before looking back at the male. Quite large, he was, but Hecate was not so bad herself. "What is a wolf like you doing here alone in the winter?", she questioned. Sitting down in the soft snow, she tilted her head. Her ice blue eyes were filled with curiosity as she inspected the wolf. No, she decided, I have not seen him before.

"He-cat-e" he slowly sounded out in his thick accent. Intriguing name for an intriguing woman. He sat up, tore part of his rabbit, and offered it to her. A generous gesture that he normally wouldn't make, but this beauty of a girl would make one of many exceptions.
Her eyes made of ice pierced him, making him involuntarily shiver. He made sense of part of the question, but still got the gist of it. "I have come from el south, new here." he said slowly, trying to make an attempt on good english.

"Ah. I, too am new here," Hecate said. He offered some of his food, before she could say anything. "Thank you. I come for a new pack. What brings thy- you here?" she asked with a little tilt of her head. She sat and began to nibble at the food. His accent was very thick, but still comprehensible. She did not meet many wolves from the south.

I am so sorry I swear I'll be more active in like a week and we can finish this XD
What was the man doing here? He asked himself this every other day, but every single time he reminded himself of his mission to settle down with a girl and make his father proud. And let's not excuse the main goal, of course, of having fun and living life. So he answered truthfully, "The fun and the women, but the food is mucho delicioso" he said with a great laugh and a wink.

She laughed softly with him. "Ah, yes, the food, very good. Will you join a pack in these lands?", she asked. Hecate was hoping to join a pack, but she didn't know which one. Maybe this wolf would make his own. There were many here, since this land was very habitable. She was going to join a pack in the near future, but right now, the female was unaware of that.
sorry its really short, i dunno what to write

no worries, I'll probably fade in the next post
Esteban thought for a moment. "Yes, I plan to," he said with an indifferent nod. "And you? Do you know any close?" he asked. He might follow her just to see, and plus he had no idea where he was going around here.
This conversation was going well, but his expectations were drastically different. Seeing as this was one of the first females he had actually talked to, he started to wonder about the stereotypes his friends had put on women. They definitely didn't seem all that captivated with him, but he trusted his prize personality.
