@Kinra @Aduin @Ambrosia @FallenStar @Pearl. No posting order, just one post required, more than 1 post is definitely allowed, but keep it to a max of 3-ish! Sebastian will 'wait' with talking till everyone is there so no one will miss his talk :D
Sebastian had been busy trying to find a good campsite for the whole pack to meet up, and of course to gather at the end of a day. Ambrosia had giving him a great idea. The young alpha liked that they would sleep together instead of everyone having their own den and be separated. Now Sebastian had found a great clearing in the forest surrounding the wetlands. The canopy of the trees covered the clearing almost fully. It would be enough to protect them from the weather, and seeing that it was becoming spring it meant that they would not need so much shelter. Sebastian let out a long howl summoning his new members. He had the feeling most of them met each other.
Sebastian was excited to see them all. He was certain they would make a great family. A tightly knitted one. Sebastian waited till everyone was there before he started speaking, he raised his tail a bit. He was officially an alpha now. He would need his members just as much as his members needed them. The young male was proud of himself that he managed to find wolves willing to follow him. "Welcome all! From now on we are a pack called Broken Antler Fen, named after this location. I am so pleased that you trust me to be your alpha. I am sure we will create great relationships with each other. Now, a few things. I strongly encourage every single one of you to mark part of the borders. We will have to make a claim here. Spread your scent, mingle with each other and become one unity! Further more, this location we gathered at now will be our meeting spot. Maybe someone had a good name for this clearing since I like it to be the place where we meet at the end of the day and all spend the night together! No more night sleeping alone, staying warm together," he spoke with a smile on his lips. "Other than that I think we will figure the rest out on the go. See what works and what doesn't. Don't be afraid to come to me if there is something that isn't to your liking!"

While in search of threatening tracks Kinra's ears twitched to Sebastian's call. Looks like trying to find a beast hanging around would have to wait. As a Knight her highest priority was serving Sebastian before his pack. There was no rush to find dangerous animals that could be lurking but she also didn't find the need to quickly get to Sebastian's location. After a little while she arrived and joined in the little group. She sat down along with the others and waited for the brand new Alpha to give his speech.
She listened and kept a friendly expression. As a new Alpha he seems to be doing fine for now. With everyone united here that meant the pack was finally created. Kinra could easily agree that the next step is securing the borders. Normally she would keep her scent down to a minimum knowing she is not a permanent member. But her job was to strengthen the pack so she'll just have to change that habit.
She thought for a little bit for a name for the area but nothing to her liking was coming to mind. What did spark her interest was his talk on all coming here to sleeping together. It sounded a little suspicious at first but found reason to agree to it. Being united a night would surely increase the chances of survival. Sebastian was making that law which she could easily follow but she kind of wondered what the others thought.
Once the Alpha was done with his speech she spoke "Alright, Sleeping all together sounds like a good idea." she rose up onto her paws and starting walking towards a tree. That tree had large roots covered with moss sticking out at the base before stretching out back into the ground the farther it goes. It looked like a comfy place to sleep on. "I think I found a good spot. Anyone wishes to try it out with me?" She asked in order to encourage the Alpha's idea of all sleeping together. Once she got to the spot she laid down against the tree and rested her head on the moss covered root. It was comfortable.

Ambrosia was play-fighting with Brandy when she heard Sebastian's call. Rolling away from her multi-colored daughter and scrambling to her black paws, the tan and black female perked her ears towards the echoing howl before flicking her tail; at the signal, the two she-wolves bounded towards the clearing. As Ambrosia led them racing across their home terrain, a surge of adrenaline flooded through her veins. This was it! She was finally going to be a part of a pack again, able to serve and protect like the warrior she was meant to be. She was ready to meet new wolves, make new friends, and maybe even settle down with a mate to start a family of her own. As Sebastian's scent, mingled with others, finally grew strong, Ambrosia pulled back to a walk and slipped into a wide clearing, covered by a canopy of leaves thick as a den roof; this must've been the place Sebastian chose for a camp. It was a good place, Ambrosia mused, looking able to ward off the weather decently enough. Finding a place in clear view of Sebastian, at the roots of a mossy tree, he lay down and waited as other wolves arrived. With a pang, she realized that Brandy had separated from her: she was sitting next to a silvery female that looked a year or so older than her daughter. She was glad Brandy was reaching out and socializing easily, more so than Ambrosia, but it saddened her to see her sole companion of nine months leave her side. She knew that with the Spring, she and Brandy would be coming into heat soon, and the mother was worried about Brandy's timing on being independent. Placing her head at her paws and setting her lemon eyes on Sebastian right ahead of her, she focused on his words rather than her daughter. She liked the idea of sleeping together, obviously, and had to give an idea. "Moss Nest? She didn't feel she had to explain the reasoning behind her idea, finding it obvious that since moss grew here, this is where they would get nest lining. Moss was used to soften nests where she came from; it didn't occur to her that other wolves might not do the same. smiling at Sebastian and just happy to contribute to making both their dreams come true.

Brandy was in the middle of an intense play-fight with her mother when Sebastian's howled call reached her ears. Her mother shoved her away, jumping to her paws and leaving the bronze, cream and russet yearling squirming in the dust. She stood and had time to shake out her pelt before her mother signaled with er tail that it was time to go. Lunging forward at the same time as her mother, Brandy plunged through the woods like a bat out of hell, fueled by excitement of the new adventure that faced her. She stayed just behind her mothers flank, noticing that she too was ready for this meeting. Deep in her thoughts, Brandy only just missed running headfirst into her mother's side as the tan and black she wolf slowed. As her mother moved forward to settle on the roots of a moss-laden tree, Brandy caught sight of Kinra and pranced forward with a joyus "Hello" aimed of the silvery she-wolf. As Sebastian started to speak, she fell quiet and sat where she was to listen to the alpha, unaware of her mothers hurt and worry. She set her mind to thinking of a name for the place they now lay, putting in her words when she had a moment to. "Green Wolf Den, since its different from digging in the earth or in a stone cave, and the leaves make it feel more like a den than outside? Or Moose Den, since we're Broken Antler Fen?"

'Flora' rallied at her alpha's words, barking and ending with a howl, expecting others to join in. Though she nodded to Kinra, she was unable to think about the other wolves' words. To much was happening right now for her to be sure of what to do. Everything was amazingly exciting. After her howl, Flora looked directly into the eyes of her alpha, giving him the easiest, most honest smile she had ever wore upon her maw. "To Broken Antler Fen!" She called joyously, echoing throughout the forest. She rubbed her face against Kinra's accepting her as a sister and a friend. She then moved onto the pup, brandy and rubbed against her side. She greeted the unknown female with a friendly park and touched her shoulder with her nose. This was her home now. This was where she belonged.

Aduin had come as soon as the call went out, though he moved right to Sebastian's side, only looking at Seb. The boy felt nervous around everyone else with them being such a large group. Already he had an awkward run in with one of them, and the others he had not met formally yet. His tail shifted a bit to hug the side of haunches after he sat to listen to the alpha's words. He listened to all the other's suggestions and words, not speaking his own. When one of them howled, Fallen, he decided to join in. Just to feel included. That feeling was enough to give him a light smile.

Pearl trotted headlong toward's Sebastian's howl, apparently now her new alpha. It was almost weird to think of her best friend as her leader. With a smile, she emerged into the clearing and took a seat near Seb and looked around cheerfully at the new members, who looked to be all female except for Aduin. She desperately needed to get to know all of these new members if she were to be sleeping with all of them every night.
Pearl listened intently, smiling at the others antics afterwards. She was looking forward to hanging out with all of these, and hoped to greet them all soon.

Sebastian was pleased to see them all. He nudged his nose against Pearl's shoulder in greeting. He knew her before this pack after all, and she was a good friend to him. Fallen seemed to want to rub herself against everyone to mix their scents. Sebastian gave a wink to Aduin, mostly to comfort him around the girl, though it was still a bit amusing to the older brother that Aduin thought he had a decease called 'heat'. This was going to be amazing.
"Good suggestions guys," he spoke with a hum about the name for this place. He wanted it to be short. "How about 'The Cove'? It is not exactly one but it one sheltered place, and it close the wetlands. It is not a whole mouth full. 'The Moss Cove?', maybe? Unless you all don't agree on it," he spoke. He sat down, seeing that they were in their meeting place now, and Kinra was already making herself at home.

Everyone sure was lively, it was good to see that. Kinra settled already but she didn't mind watching everyone's excitement for finally making the pack official. There were some wolves she didn't meet yet she was able to assume which one was Brandy's mother. Meanwhile out of all the members the grey male beside Sebastian seems to be a little special. Maybe there was a connection some where. Well, she'll figure that out later.
"Well we could call it the Grove but I don't mind having it called the Cove." She said in response to Sebastian. Then she stretched out a bit on the soft moss. There was no denying that this was a comfortable place. Living here with everyone felt like it would be great. But before agreeing to that she needed to spend a few days or weeks here.

Ambrosia stayed where she was huddled under the tree, listening to the others and feeling very lonesome. Her lemon eyes watched each as they spoke, trying to determine who she would likely get to be friends with. She couldn't help but notice that most were female.... No matter, soon enough they would have a thriving and balanced pack here at Broken Antler Fen. She just hoped jealousy wouldn't play a part in this pack as others she'd joined, Ambrosia had no wish to leave this place and find yet another new pack. Most, though, seemed pretty friendly and happy to be here as they each answered their new alpha, and the long furred she-wolf assumed all would be well once everything was a bit more settled, if anything flared up at all. She nodded at Sebastians suggestion, honestly liking it better than her own idea. She knew, no matter the name, that she would do everything in her power to stay long enough to grow old and white; even die right here in Broken Antler Fen.

Brandy held herself high in her sit beside Kinra, tail wagging happily. She felt a sense of pride, knowing that the wolves around her could soon become as close as Ambrosia was to her. The thought of friends, family, even a mate one day thrilled the young colorful she-wolf. She listened to the others and awaited her turn to say her piece, glancing around her at the others, off in her own daydreams of the future though she heard everything the others said. The yearling was still obvlious to her mothers loneliness, to wrapped up in her own thoughts to wonder how her mother was taking this new step in their lives or how she felt watching her own daughter sitting beside some stranger than her mother. When it finally came to her turn, Brandy smiled and nodded.
"I like the Cove."
"I like the Cove."

Aduin nodded in agreement to the name. He held a smile, looking over the others. It seemed that, if this was to be decided by a group vote, that Cove had won. A short name, capable for anyone to say. It seemed like a good place for the pack to group up at. After looking them over, he realized something that him shiver slightly in nervousness. All of them, besides himself and Seb, were females. It made him feel so nervous that he averted his gaze to the ground, trying not to think about it. Out of the corner of his mouth, Aduin whispered to the older male. "Is it just me, or a-are they all...g-g-girls?"
March 26, 2016, 01:55 PM
Sebastian chuckled when Aduin spoke to him only. He smiled at Aduin. Sebastian realized that he had only recruited females, it was not with a special thought in mind. He had talked to a few males but they had not been interested enough to join. "Yes, yes they are. They are very nice Aduin," he assured him.
The large male looked over their little band, and how they were all settling down together. Sebastian laid down too, by Aduin this time. Maybe sleeping arrangements would change over the course of time. Sebastian didn't know, all he did like was that they were all there together. "Good. Lets all sleep and on the morrow we will mark the borders," he spoke and placed his own head down. It was a good thing to think about where new members would come. Were they going to sleep with them or would they have a week on trail first? Hmm. Time would tell. Time would tell.
