sorry for the delay! i got busy at school >,<
Opal was excited on the inside. She followed her alpha's lead and lowered her head. She had not spotted any big shifts or movements in the herd of goats so far. Opal decided to stick beside her alpha and they stalked the herd closely. One of them has spotted them and began to pace around nervously. Some others were alerted when the wolves stalked closer yet and shifted around. It was like a ripple effect that spread throughout the herd. All of the goats were moving around each other, seeming uncomfortable. They were staying in the same clearing for now, but they seemed ready to bolt if the wolves decided to jump them.
Opal slowed down as the distance between the herd and the wolves closed. "Do we need to go any further? They seem ready to scatter." Opal whispered as quietly as possible at an audible level to her alphess. She had told her to pressure them and it seemed that the goats were pressured already. They seemed to be warily watching them, on their guard. Opal waited for her alphess command before doing anything.
