Wynter nodded to Reeks very startled reaction to her story about the two pups. "Yes, the pups had strayed a little bit far and Caiaphas was nearby. When she found the pups instead of taking them back to their mothers she brought them to her den," she said feeling slightly relieved that Reek finally understood where she was coming from. 

Reek seemed annoyed now which meant he really had no clue this was what Caiaphas had done. She shouldn't have fought. She knew she shouldn't. At the time though it almost seemed like the right thing to do. She was just being loyal. Just to the wrong wolf. Wynter brushed up against Reek in an attempt to calm him down.

She listened then as Saena talked about her pack and how she wanted to be a leader of that pack someday and how now she was interested in starting a pack of her own. Perhaps Reek would offer for them to join. It wouldn't be a bad idea. She seemed like she could be a pretty good alpha if she tried hard enough. She knows what she values. 

"It sounds like you would make a great alpha," Wynter said to the white fae with a smile. Then she paused waiting for her reply.
