With their mateship officially recognized, Grim feels that there is a need for celebration. His large head turns to his female. "Would you like to come hunting with me?" It is the best he can come up with. Being who he is, thinking of something romantic isn't possible. He doesn't know the first thing about what she may like. It had always been about him just wanting her. Now that he has her, what is he supposed to do? Without a doubt he will protect her and scare off males. But other than that, what did she expect? This kind of thinking is alien to him. It's like some foreign language that he can't comprehend. Maybe she might enjoy a hunt? He hopes so. If she asks for him to come up with something else, they will be there for a while. Maybe he could just ask what she wants. Grim scowls to himself. He doesn't want her to know that he is thinking of her. Anything she suggest he will probably jump on though. 

A large head shakes back and forth, a sigh escaping parted jaws. What is he doing? He is supposed to be the killer, the one everyone feared. Not that he still won't show that part of himself to everyone. But his little killer brings out this soft side of him. Will she see him any differently for it? He doesn't like this weak side. But he can't help himself. It's as if she takes a hold of his mind and controls him. Is that what she is doing to him? Grim gives Lusa a questioning glance. Maybe he should just do what he feels like doing. A hunt will bring excitement, food to fill his stomach, and something for his blood lust. But since she is like him in the way of blood lust she should enjoy a hunt too. So then he expects her to want to go. Why was this so complicated? Why did he even care? Females, he huffs to himself. Is this what it is like to have a mate? Perhaps he should have asked what came with having a mate before going after Lusa. But even knowing, would he still have tried to make her his? Probably. She is too alluring to pass up.  He sighs again. What did he get himself into?
