Burke had gladly agreed to the mini exploring session with Cicero. It would be good for him to stretch him limbs and check what was going on in the neutral territories. He also wanted to give Meldresi and Potema some space. Of course he had been watching over the pale princess with all the dedication but somehow he still disliked laying in one place. He had given Meldresi and encouraging lick before leaving. He couldn't imagine how difficult this must be for her to see her daughter like this, after she had to go through almost losing him too.

Burke nodded slowly as they walked through the woods. "Yes, they are. What do you prefer?," he asked curiously. The young had come to an age that they could give opinions and Burke wanted to know them just to he could get to know them better. They all had grown so much. Slowly getting into their adult bodies. Burke turned his head to him when Cicero asked about love. He was asking the wrong man since Burke had never been in love. While he was actually starting to fall for Meldresi he was not ready to admit that to anyone not even himself. "Are you asking this because your mother and I are getting so close?," he wondered. 

Potema had a very clear opinion and Damien too. Burke didn't mind, they just thought it would be gross. Burke actually, and very secretly, liked to have Meldresi by his side. Keeping her warm and feeling protective over her. He was also protective over the three spiderlings yet it was different than Meldresi. "Or is there someone you love for yourself?,' he asked then.
