The Heartwood Feel It All Without You

There was the slightest touch of melancholy in the girl's voice when she admitted to not knowing her grandfather.  Harlyn canted her head, concern apparent in her eyes.  She could not imagine never knowing her grandparents.  She was by far a better wolf for knowing them, and so it hurt her heart that Andalusia had never had such a blessing.  Harlyn wanted joy for all that she encountered, especially those such as this golden wolf with whom she had instantly taken a liking to.


"Mordecai and I never stray too far from each other," Harlyn informed her with a smile, "I'll call him - I have no doubt that he's in range and will make his way here swiftly."  With that, she tilted back her head to let her voice fill the wind, confident that @Mordecai would not ignore the call.
