After speaking with her sister, Tiger excitedly winded toward the Plateau once more, as she had told her sister. With more plants to add to her list-to-bring, Tiger carried a vast assortment of helpful plants. Some useful, most useless, and now, one very, very deadly. Tiger moved quicker, wanting to jet back to the Caldera right quick after this meeting. If any of these herbs could assist in her sisters pregnancy, it'd be cool to know about it.
Unwittingly, as a piece of some herb pressed to her mouth, Tiger coughed and pressed her tongue to the roof of her mouth, the pressure enough to cause some part of that plant to break. It had went down her gullet in one fell swoop, and Tiger continued on her way, tail waving, eyes a-glowing. All was well in the world. Her sister was going to have a baby, and Tiger would have a niece or nephew, and then, she'd really be Aunt Tiger. She could teach them cool life lessons like "don't eat your poop, there's parasites in that shit, literally, lol" and other cool stuff.
On her travels, she thought of all these cool plans. There were loads. Tiger thought of nicknames, too... but knew she'd think of a good animal one when she saw 'em. No, fuck, she thought of one. Tadpole!
Ugh, her stomach hurt. It flipped and she stopped mid-journey to experience the runs, a lot of them. This lasted a little less than an hour, but soon, she was feeling better.
Tiger thought fondly of the Caldera, and then, fondly of the Plateau. Maybe @Blue Willow had just been busy that day...? It happened! Tiger, the eternal optimist. Her heart hurt real bad at the thought that this might not be the case, that she was deliberately ignored...
Man, as a matter of fact, it really hurt. Hurt so much she could hardly breathe. Very, very near now was the Plateau. Tigers legs stiffened as she spat out the plants and looked at the inventory. Okay, so she had chewed the one that 'yote had said would help her sleep. Maybe it gave a few punches first, and then, knocked you out? She pushed forward but literally couldn't breathe, gasping pathetically for air, and were she human she'd turn blue in the face.
She collapsed. Tiger fell to the side, just before the borders of the Plateau. Her body rest atop all the herbs she had brought. Tiger was still alive, but soon, her heart would stop. At this point there was nothing to be done. What the fuck was happening?
God, death was so sudden, so
