He turned his attention to the midnight wolfess as she entered the scene. She had not been heard from in a while. She said nothing, and only sat. But he did catch her try to speak. Perhaps she had nothing to say, or her throat was sore, rendering her speech useless. Chaska didn't linger on it and went back to the light grey alpha.
Chaska's expression became confused as his brows knitted together to form a frown. He did not know of any other reason he would be called here. But the look faded when FitzDutiful explained the reason for the calling. Even still, he was slightly confused. But he did not express these thoughts.
He obliged to Fitz's request and watched the skies, examining the clouds. But he did not see anything. Only...clouds. White, fluffy clouds. He had such good imagination, and yet he could not make out shapes.
"I see...only clouds. Nothing else. I do not understand what I am supposed to see" he responded, unsure of what Fitz had expected. He continued to look, hoping to make out something. Then, his imagination finally took hold. One of the clouds changed slightly into a tree. "Wait....I see a tree. An oak tree, with a thick trunk and many leaves." He smiled, pleased that he had seen something.
