His teeth struck home and tore into the tender flesh of the Blackfeather Woods girl's black ear. An ear for an ear. Or in this case. A nick in the ear for a nick in the ear. It was justice and fun as far as he was concerned, besides, it wasn't as if he ripped off her entire ear, now that would be rude, even though he truthfully did not give a damn about what she thought.

The midnight wolfess had determination, he'll give her that, but her whimpering...annoyed him to hell and only gave him more energy as she rushed forward, aiming for his neck. For such a robust being, he leapt easily away and immediately moved forward once more, aiming to sink his now bloodstained fangs into her right shoulder, hoping to tear through fur and into flesh and blood.
