Njal headed off and FitzDutiful didn't try to stop him. He had no more interest in the wolf, he'd found out that the Redhawk Caldera didn't have some kind of lockdown in place. He briefly wondered whether he should try and stop by again but the previous attempt had shaken him and he doubted that he would ever try to stop by again - not unless they came to him first.
