A slim female with fur the colour of fire joined them shortly after Rhanno approached the younger wolf, and he tilted his head her way as she spoke. He, too, did not mind her watching — was delighted, actually — and he gave a quick wink to the girl, confident enough in his fighting abilities. He could take this young upstart down no problem. He would teach them both a thing or two about how a true Dotharan warrior fought.

Turning back to the boy, Rhanno managed to catch the flicker in his pale eyes, his intentions clear as day. Well, it was what they were here for, and he was eager to see what the dark yearling was made of. The elder bowed his head, about to issue a challenging growl before his opponent suddenly charged. When would the young wolves learn to never make the first move? Perhaps he could beat some sense into him.

Rhanno leaned to the right as Azzaro went for his shoulder, determined not to let him knock him off balance. Though, apparently it was a bluff, and the yearling suddenly swiped at one of his forepaws. The man drew back as he pulled his left paw towards him, away from Azzaro, unsteady for a few moments but remaining upright. He then reared in retaliation, head bowed to protect his throat, aiming to slam his forelegs into the boy's shoulders and force him to the ground.
