A Shallow Sea of Depression

A sound echoed throughout the cave and the midnight wolfess turned to face what had caused the noise. A wolf, one she had not met yet. He smelt of Silvertip making it clear he was a pack member, but obviously he was new. Bindi wondered how long it would take until this male would leave the pack. Members came and members left, and she wouldn't be suprised if this male only stuck around for a month or two.

It's not that Bindi didn't want members to stay it's just that  she learned if she lowered her expectations, she would be less disappointed when they actually leave. Finally being pulled out of her thoughts, she smiled at the male. "Hey" Bindi said and realized that she is going to have a conversation with this dude it might as well be worth it. "What's your name?"
