The waterfall was a great, roaring thing. It captivated her, and she wanted to venture out onto its rocks or into the water of the lake. Wen her brother turned to greet her, tail whipping behind him, she responded in kind. Her tail swayed languidly in her trail as she trotted up to meet him. "Hi!" she called as she drew near. It wasn't often that they were out together. Maybe he would want to play, or go exploring with her!

Their mother appeared seemingly out of nowhere. Her voice rose over the tumult of the water, and Ragna's ears flicked back in shame. From the way their mother looked, it seemed like they were in trouble. But they hadn't even been doing anything. She ducked back, trying to hide behind Floki a bit. And when he told Thistle Cloud that they had been careful, she nodded. "We were, mama," she said, timid as ever but ready to defend that point.
