When a counselor needs council

Not to worry! And if you want you can totally use this thread for Ayana to become a counselor! (It is a trade you can get and you get exp for it!)

Burke wasn't a sappy wolf, or one that would tend to sulk. But after this storm he wasn't so confident about his wife making this. They were on the edge of it, what if she was right in the eye of the storm? Even a super wolf wouldn't survive such a thing. A soft grunt came from his throat. Damn it. He wished he could search for her. But a pack without alpha was basically a group of rebels. He hat stepped up from the Beta position when Meldresi needed time so there was no Beta that could lead the pack. He was definitely not letting Grimnir in charge. He would set fire to every wolf he hated under the motto that he was in charge. Burke shook his head at that thought. That reminded him that he would need to train the wolf, as a promise. Thoughts for later.

Somehow Ayana knew he was talking about Meldresi, or at least it felt like she knew. Maybe she also had a counselor side like Burke had. For a tank like Burke he had rather strange trades, counselor and caretaker. Funny thing was, he actually enjoyed those trades. His counselor made him a good diplomat and he would try to advise his packmates. Plus he was kind of a peacekeeper. He liked that idea. Burke let out a long and deep sigh as he pushed himself into a sitting position. "I am not sure you can give the the kind of support I need," he stated, somehow sounding a bit... weird. "But thank you for the offer. I might set out a quest, letting one or two wolves search outside of Black Feather for Meldresi." He wasn't going to talk around the fact anymore that he missed her. Ayana seemed to be smart enough to know that it was Meldresi he was worried about.

"Or do you have any other suggestions? Any ideas where she might be?,"he asked. Burke was rather clueless what to do. He really wanted Meldresi back and she wasn't one to say away for this amount of time. "She must be injured. She must be. Otherwise she would never stay away this long. Or worse! She is captured! I will murder the pack who kidnapped her. All of them! Rip their heads off!," Burke let out venomously. With Meldresi not around he noticed that his aggressive nature was returning.
