On A Mission

Nemesis had mixed feelings about this female. By the tone of her voice, she had little respect for Nemesis. If a challenge was what the female wanted, she would get one. But for now, Nemesis had to play it low. It hadn't been quite a while since joining Blackfeather and Burke had already asked about her interest in the Brotherhood. She wouldn't do anything to screw it up. But then again, Nemesis could see the determination in the female's eyes, and that was something she could get along with. Maybe.

Nemesis, stood her ground, answering the female with her usual sense of authority. "I am Nemesis", she said ignoring the fact the the she-wolf had skipped introductions. She raised her nose just bit to catch the wind. Sure enough, among the scent of the forest was a different one. Another wolf. "You are correct. Perhaps a trespasser. We should investigate" She replied, hinting what she really meant. If it turned out to be a scrawny lone wolf, what was stopping her from unleashing her fury against something that couldn't fight back? What was unrighteous about speeding up the life span of a creature destined to die a lowly death? Oh that's right, nothing. It was a favor.
