She knew not to go too close to the borders, the scent of Blackfeather Woods was thick upon her pelt — the scent of ravens and trees, a smell much different to the one that was here. There would be no convincing anyone that she was a loner, a drifter, and she let out a soft hiss at her carelessness of not properly concealing her scent beforehand. She had left in a rush and hadn't even formulated a proper plan yet. All she knew was that the young demon had to be stopped from tempting her sister further.

Her ears pricked as she heard footfalls ahead of her, shortly followed a set of softer ones. The witch paused, lowering herself to the ground as two figures appeared among the trees. They were near polar opposites in appearance — the male robust and dark while the female was slender and fair. They were a fair distance away. Lakhesis hesitated for a moment, still forming her plan, having not planned to meet two wolves.

Nevertheless, she then moved forward, purposefully snapping a twig as she meekly strode towards the two pack wolves, keeping her head and tail low, eyes wide in mock surprise as if she hadn't expected to stumble upon their borders.
