Blackfoot Forest New beginnings

Wynter was taking a stroll through a first full with tall trees and limited light. She was enjoying her freedom while it lasted. It wouldn't be long before she was expected to be back with Luke and Mordechai for the official pack claim. Yes she was helping found yet another pack. Instead of running one of her own. Perhaps in the long run this was best. 

Suddenly something caught in Wynter's eye. A shadow of what she assumed to be another wolf. Was there anot her pack here? She didn't recall picking up scent borders but then again her mind was all over the place. She held her nose high in the sky. The scent was familiar and immediately Wynter relaxed. Itwas Lacinia. Wynter had been left wondering if she would ever see the dark coated fae again and here she was. 

Wynter trotted over with a friendly smile. " Hey, long time no see, " she said tail twitching calmly behind her. It had been a while since the amber girl had come across a familiar face so she was happy to have run into someone she knew for once.
