The female that had presented herself in front of him was quite the sight for sore eyes.  He learned that the wolves being in the south had quite strange reasons to be in these lands.  His body language was not aggressive, only neutral, with a slow waving tail and an upright position.  He had inclined his head a little to take her in with more sharpness since his left eye was only half working.  "What is a lovely wolf as yourself doing here on her own ? " he asked.
